摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]Scientific research and evaluation of the cognition of German think tanks on the"Digital Silk Road"will help to accurately grasp the conceptual tendency and policy direction of Germany regarding the"Digital Silk Road",and provide important insights for the implementation of China's"Digital Silk Road".[Method/process]This paper takes eight authoritative think tanks in Germany as analytical samples,and systematically examines 19 representative research outcomes published by them to analyze the veiwpoints,positions and value orientations of experts from different think tanks.[Result/conclusion]German think tanks tend to have a negative perception of the"Digital Silk Road",reflecting Germany's inherent ideological bias and realistic interest considerations of being close to the United States and trying to maintain the European Union(EU).The negative attitude held by Germany think tanks not only significantly affects the formulation and implementation of Germany government's policies,but also influences the perception and understanding of the"Digital Silk Road"initiative among EU member states and other countries.关键词
