Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Balanophora harlandii.Methods;The 95%ethanol extract of Balano-phora harlandii was isolated and purified by means of silica gel,polyamide and reverse phase column chromatography,and the structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data and physicochemical properties.Results:Thirty compounds were isolated the 95%eth-anol extract of Balanophora harlandii and identified as taraxasterol acetate(1),3β-acetoxylaraxaster-20-en-30-al(2),24-methylenecy-coartanol(3),β-sitosterol(4),palmitic acid(5),(9Z)-glycerin-1-monooleate(6),palmitate-l-glycerol(7),coniferyl aldehyde(8),caf-feic acid(9),caffeic acid ester(10),(+)-epi-pinoresinol(11),(-)-balanophonin(12),salicifoliol(13),(-)-(7R,8S,7'E)-4-hy-droxy-3,5'-dimethoxy-7,4'-epoxy-8,3'-neolign-7'-ene-9,9'-diol-9'-ethyl ether(14),gallic acid(15),4-O-caffeoyl-D-glucopyranose(16),1-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranose(17),1-O-ethyl-6-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranose(18),1,2-O-dicaffeoyl-6-O-(4'-hydroxy-2'-methylene-butyryl)-β-D-glucoside(19),1-O-(E)-caffeoyl-3-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranose(20),1-O-caffeoyl-(4-O-galloyl)-β-D-gluco-pyranose(21),1,2-di-O-(E)-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranose(22),1,3-di-O-(E)-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranose(23),1,6-di-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(24),1-O-(E)-caffeoyl-2-O-p-(E)-coumarinoyl-β-D-glucopyranose(25),6-O-caffeoyl-1-O-p-coumarinoyl-β-D-glu-copyranose(26),1,3,6-tri-O-(E)-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(27),1,2,6-tri-O-(E)-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranose(28),1-O-(E)-caffeoyl-4,6-(S)-hexahydroxy-diphenyl-β-D-glucopyranose(29),1,3-di-O-(E)-caffeoyl-4-O-galloyl-β-D-glucopyranose(30),respec-tively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 3,13,14,18,19,24 to 27 are isolated from Balanophora genus for the first time,com-pounds 4,6 to 12,16,22,23,28 to 30 are isolated from Balanophora harlandii for the first time.关键词
