基于GC-MS/MS技术的酸橙不同部位挥发油成分对比分析
Comparative Analysis of Volatile Oil Components in Different Parts of Citrus aurantium from Jiangxi by GC-MS/MS

Abstract
Objective:To analyze and identify the volatile oil components in different parts of Citrus aurantium from Jiangxi(fruit oil,branch oil,pure dew),to study the commonness and differences of volatile components in different parts,to screen the different com-ponents in different parts,so as to provide reference for the reuse of resources in different parts of Citrus aurantium from Jiangxi.Meth-ods:The volatile oil components from different parts of Citrus aurantium were analyzed by GC-MS/MS.The volatile components were i-dentified through spectrum database retrieval,CAS number and related literature,and the relative percentage of each volatile component was calculated by peak area normalization method.Principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least squares discrimi-nant analysis(OPLS-DA)were used to screen the differential components between fruit oil and branch oil,fruit oil and pure dew of Jiangxi Citrus aurantium.Results:A total of 117 volatile components were identified,including olefins,alcohols,etc.,including 51 kinds of fruit oil components,86 kinds of branch oil components and 32 kinds of pure dew components.There were 10 common components in the three,14 kinds of fruit oil specific components,47 kinds of branch oil specific components and 14 kinds of pure dew specific compo-nents.SIMCA-P 14.1 software analysis showed that there were 24 and 20 different components between fruit oil and branch oil,fruit oil and pure dew.Conclusion:The volatile oil components in different parts of Citrus aurantium from Jiangxi have some differences in spe-cies and content,which can provide reference for the comprehensive development and utilization of different parts of Citrus aurantium from Jiangxi.关键词
