五指那藤藤茎的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from the Stems of Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp. intermedia

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the dried stems of Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp.intermedia.Meth-ods:Silica gel,ODS,MCI,D101 macroporous resin column chromatography and others were used to isolate and purify the methanol ex-tract of Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp.intermedia,and the structures were identified by spectroscopic data.Results:Sixteen compounds were isolated from the methanol extract of Stauntonia obovatifoliola subsp.intermedia and identified as C-veratroylglycol(1),2,3-di-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(2),3-hydroxy-1-(4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxyphenyl)propan-1-one(3),threo-7-methoxyguaiacylglycerol(4),evofolin B(5),syringaresinol(6),(-)-epi-syringaresinol(7),hederagenin(8),3β,23-dihydroxy-30-norolean-12,20(29)-dien-28-oic acid(9),quinatic acid(10),kalopanax saponin G(11),hederagenin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside(12),akebia saponin D(13),cauloside D(14),yemuoside YM14(15),daucosterol(16),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 7 are isolated from the Stauntonia genus for the first time,compounds 11,13 and 15 are isolated from Stauntonia obovatifoliola sub-sp.intermedia for the first time.关键词
