Abstract

Objective:To establish UPLC fingerprints of roots,stems and leaves of Panax notoginseng and reveal the influence of origin on different parts of Panax notoginseng by chemical pattern recognition technology.Methods:ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm)column was used.Using 0.1%phosphoric acid solution and acetonitrile as mobile phase with gradient elution,UP-LC fingerprints of 25 batches of Panax notoginseng roots,stems and leaves were established,and chemical pattern recognition was stud-ied.Results:17,20 and 16 common peaks were identified in the fingerprints of 25 batches of Panax notoginseng roots,stems and leaves,respectively,and 10 of them were identified.The similarity evaluation results showed that the whole similarity of Panax notoginseng roots and stems was good,but the similarity of 7 batches of samples from Panax notoginseng leaves was slightly poor.The results of chemical pattern recognition and quality fluctuation analysis showed that the origin had little effect on the chemical compositions of Panax notog-inseng roots,but had some effect on the chemical compositions of stems and leaves.Conclusion:The established fingerprints of Panax notoginseng roots,stems,leaves are stable and reliable,which can provide reference for the quality evaluation of Panax notoginseng through the combination of chemical pattern recognition technology.
