民族药四数九里香的化学成分及其细胞毒活性研究(Ⅳ)

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of ethnodrug Murraya tetramera.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,the structures were identified by spectroscopy.The MTS method was used to analyze the tumor inhibitory and proliferation effects of the compounds.Results:Fifteen com-pounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extraction site of alcohol extract of Murraya tetramera and identified as tricin-7-O-β-D-gluco-side(1),6-methoxy coumarin-7-O-β-D-pyranglycosidase(2),N-acetyl glutamic acid(3),salvitin(4),harmine(5),piperumbellactam A(6),salutaridine(7),murradiol(8),(Z)-2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β-D-glycoside(9),apigenin(10),piperdardine(11),astragalin(12),β-amyrin(13),methyl protocatechuate(14),cleomiscosin A(15),respectively.Conclusion:Except compound 8,other 14 compounds are isolated from Murraya tetramera for the first time.The results of cytotoxic activity show that compounds 5 to 11 show good growth inhibition on human leukemia cell line HL-60,lung adenocarcinoma cell line A-549,liver cancer cell line SMMC-7721,co-lon cancer cell line SW-480 and breast cancer cell line MCF-7.关键词
