Abstract
Objective:To study the polyacetylene compounds and cytotoxic activity of roots of Bidens pilosa.Methods:Silica gel col-umn chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,semi preparative high performance liquid chromatography and other methods were used to isolate,purify.The structures were identified by spectral data and physical and chemical properties,and the cyto-toxic activity of the compounds was determined by MTT method.Results:Twelve polyacetylene compounds were isolated from the roots of Bidens pilosa and identified as(Z)-7-phenyl-2-en-4,6-diyne-1-heptanol-acetate(1),(E)-7-phenyl-2-en-4,6-diyne-1-heptanol-ace-tate(2),erythro-(5E,11E)-tridecatriene-7,9-diyne-3,4-diol-diacetate(3),(6E,12E)-tetradecane-6,12-dien-8,10-diyne-1,3-diol-di-acetate(4),(Z)-7-phenyl-2-en-4,6-diyne-1-heptanol(5),(E)-7-phenyl-2-en-4,6-diyne-1-heptanol(6),7-phenyl-4,6-diyne-1-hepta-nol(7),(2S,3R)-7-phenyl-4,6-diyne-2,3-diheptanol(8),(2R,3R)-7-phenyl-4,6-diyne-2,3-diheptanol(9),(6E,12E)-1-hydroxytetradecane-6,12-dien-8,10-diyne-3-one(10),(2S,3R)-7-phenyl-4,6-diyne-1,2,3-triheptanol(11),(2R,3R)-7-phenyl-4,6-diyne-1,2,3-triheptanol(12),respectively.Conclusion:Except compounds 6 and 10,other compounds are isolated from Bidens pilosa for the first time.All compounds show definite selective cytotoxic activities to human gastric cancer cell HGC-27,human breast cancer cell MDA-MB-231 and human liver cancer cell HepG2.关键词
