Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of application of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on improving cardiac function and myocardial reperfusion in patients with myocardial infarction after interventional therapy.Method:A total of 70 patients with myocardial infarction who admitted to Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Dianjiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into two groups by single and double number method,35 patients with single number were included in the control group,and 35 patients with double number were included in the observation group.The control group was treated with western medicine(Aspirin,Clopidogrel),and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine(Yiqi Tongbi Decoction),the myocardial function(cardiac troponin,creatine kinase isoenzyme),cardiac function(stroke volume,left ventricular ejection fraction)before and after treatment,myocardial reperfusion rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in myocardial function and cardiac function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the cardiac troponin and creatine kinase isoenzyme in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the stroke volume and left ventricular ejection fraction were higher than those in the control group,the myocardial reperfusion rate was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with myocardial infarction after interventional therapy has a good effect,which can not only improve cardiac function,but also improve myocardial reperfusion rate,and has high safety.关键词
