美沙拉嗪和消翳止泻丸合用治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果研究
Study on the Effect of Mesalazine and Xiaoyi Zhixie Pills in the Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Mesalazine combined with Xiaoyi Zhixie Pills in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC).Method:A total of 70 UC patients treated in the Anorectal Department of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Hospital and Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to October 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mesalazine,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyi Zhixie Pills,a hospital preparation of Ningxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the basis of Mesalazine.The curative effect,symptom disappearance time,serum inflammatory factor index content before and after treatment,incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was higher than 77.14%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of diarrhea,abdominal pain,mucus,pus and blood stool in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-4(IL-4)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-4 level in observation group was higher than control group,CRP and TNF-α levels were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 8.57%in the observation group,which was lower than 28.57%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyi Zhixie Pills combined with Mesalazine has good effect,high safety factor and higher overall satisfaction in the treatment of UC,which can promote the improvement of clinical condition and serum inflammatory factor index content of patients.关键词
