Chemical Constituents from the Fruits of Decaisnea insignis(Ⅱ)
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To further study chemical constituents of Decaisnea insignis fruits.Methods:The chemical constituents of Decaisnea insignis fruits were isolated and purified by silica gel,gel,macroporous resin column chromatography and preparation of liquid phase,and the structures were identified according to physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Twenty-five compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Decaisnea insignis fruits and identified as eriodictyol(1),eriodictyol-3′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),luteolin(3),sibiscolacton(4),(3R)-thunberginol C(5),methyl ferulic acid(6),(+)-syringaresinol(7),berchemol(8),8α-hydroxypinoresinol(9),mesem-bryanthemoidigenic acid(10),asperosaponin C(11),hederagenin-3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside(12),β-hederin(13),hederagenin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranoside(14),sibiraglycoside L(15),ferulic acid-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(16),sibiraglycoside I(17),staphylionoside D(18),sibiraglycoside J(19),sibiskoside(20),aruncide A(21),serrata-genic acid(22),falandin A(23),rel-(2α,3β)-7-O-methylcedrusin(24),(-)-medioresinol(25),respectively.Conclusion:Except for compound 13,the remaining compounds are isolated from Decaisnea genus for the first time.关键词
