摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Sabia parviflora.Methods:The chemical constituents of Sabia parviflora were isolated and purified by silica geg,Sephadex LH-20,pre-HPLC and others.The structures were identified by physicochemical prop-erties and spectral data.Results:Fifteen compounds were isolated from ethanol extract of Sabia parviflora stems and leaves and identi-fied as 3β-hydroxy-olean-11,13(18)-diene(1),3-oxo,11α-hydroxy-olean-12-ene(2),3β-hydroxy-olean-9(11),12-diene(3),3-oxo-olean-11,13(18)-diene(4),methyl-3α-hydroxyl-olean-12-ene-28-oate(5),3-oxo-olean-9(11),12-diene(6),3α,21β-dihydroxy-olean-12-ene(7),2α,3α-dihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid(8),masilinic acid(9),asiatic acid(10),2α-hydroxyursolic acid(11),23-hydroxyursolic acid(12),saikosaponin b3(13),saikosaponin c(14),saikosaponin f(15),respectively.Conclusion:Except for com-pound 5,all the other compounds are isolated from Sabia parviflora for the first time,compounds 7 to 15 are isolated from Sabia genus for the first time.
