Abstract
Objective:To analyse the effect of total checklist management on knee arthroplasty patients.Method:A total of 102 patients with knee arthroplasty treated in Huai'an First People's Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given total checklist management on the basis of the control group.The vital signs before surgery(T0),15 min during surgery(T1),30 min during surgery(T2),and immediately after surgery(T3),intraoperative blood loss volume,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:T1,T2 and T3,the heart rate(HR)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,mean arterial pressure(MAP)and tympanic membrane temperature were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Intraoperative blood loss volume was(89.61±20.35)mL in the observation group and(92.41±22.18)mL in the control group,there was no significant difference in intraoperative blood loss volume between the two groups(t=0.664,P=0.508).The incidence of intraoperative hypothermia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of total checklist management can reduce the incidence of hypothermia in knee arthroplasty and improve the safety of surgery.关键词
