民族药毛大丁草化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents of Ethnodrug Gerbera piloselloides
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Gerbera piloselloides.Methods:The compounds from the ethanol extract of Gerbera piloselloides were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,preparation liquid phase and recrystallization methods.The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR,MS spectrometry.Results:Twenty compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Gerbera piloselloides and identified as 3,5-bis(3,3-dimethylallyl)-4-hydroxyacetophen-one(1),2-[(2S∗)-6-acetyl-2,3-dihydro-5-ydroxybenzofuran-2-yl]prop-2-enyl-3-methylbutanoate(2),adian-5-en-3α-ol(3),aspergillus triazolate A(4),methyl lino-leate(5),sesamin(6),5-acetyl-2-(2-hydroxyisopropyl)-7-(3,3-dimethylallyl)-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran(7),shearene A(8),4-hydroxyacetophenone(9),4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(10),kaempferol(11),1H-indole-3-carboxaldehyde(12),ursolic aldehyde(13),ethyl caffeate(14),2,5-dihydroxyacetophenone(15),luteolin(16),caffeic acid(17),ferulic acid(18),arbutin(19),hydroquinone(20),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 14 are isolated from Gerbera piloselloides for the first time.关键词
