裕丹参乙酸乙酯部位化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from Ethyl Acetate Extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza in Fangcheng,Henan
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Salvia miltiorrhiza from Fangcheng,Henan.Methods:The chemical constituents of 50% acetone extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza from Fangcheng,Henan were isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,semi-preparative HPLC and other methods,the structures of the compounds were identified according to the physiochemical proper-ties and spectral data.Results:Eleven compounds were isolated from Salvia miltiorrhiza roots and rhizomes and identified as nimbidiol(1),1S-hydroxy-anhydride of 16R-cryptotanshinone(2),grandifolia C(3),perovskiaol(4),2-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-5-formyl-1,3-benzodioxole(5),secoisolariciresinol(6),isolariciresinol(7),2,3-dihydro-2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-7-me-thoxy-5-benzofuranpropanol(8),loliolide(9),3-oxo-α-ionone(10),vomifoliol(11),respectively.Conclusion:All compounds are isola-ted from Salvia miltiorrhiza for the first time.关键词
