Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of collaborative nursing combined with Ahmadi continuous nursing model on recurrence of children with anaphylactoid purpura and traumatic growth of parents.Method:A total of 104 children with anaphylactoid purpura who admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,59 children who admitted from January 2021 to March 2022 were included in the control group,and 45 children who admitted from April 2022 to August 2023 were included in the observation group.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given collaborative nursing combined with Ahmadi continuous nursing model on the basis of the control group.The hospitalization time,recurrence,complications(gastrointestinal bleeding and nephritis)of two groups were compared,and the post-traumatic growth status and mental resilience level of parents were assessed.Result:The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate and complication rate were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the scores of post-traumatic growth inevntory(PTGI)and Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)of parents between two groups before intervention(P>0.05);the PTGI scores and CD-RISC scores of parents in the observation group at 1 month,2 months and 3 months after intervention were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were significant differences in PTGI scores and CD-RISC scores between two groups,time and interaction(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of collaborative nursing combined with Ahmadi continuous nursing model in children with anaphylactoid purpura can effectively shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of complications,and improve the mental resilience and post-traumatic growth level of parents.关键词
