Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Xiao'er Chiqiaoqingre Granules combined with Oseltamivir in the treatment of influenza A(H1N1)in children and its influence on immune function.Method:A total of 102 children with influenza A(H1N1)who treated in the First People's Hospital of Suqian from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the conventional group(n=51)and the traditional Chinese medicine group(n=51)by random number table method.Two groups were given general treatment and nursing,the conventional group was given oral Oseltamivir Phosphate treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was given oral Xiao'er Chiqiaoqingre Granules treatment on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,T lymphocyte subsets and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 96.08%,which was higher than 82.35%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the main and secondary syndrome scores of two group were lower than those before treatment,those in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ of two group were higher than those before treatment,those in the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than than those in the conventional group,CD8+ of two group were lower than those before treatment,and that in the traditional Chinese medicine group was lower than that in the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the traditional Chinese medicine group was 7.84%,which was higher than 3.92%in the conventional group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combination of Xiao'er Chiqiaoqingre Granules combined with Oseltamivir can effectively treat influenza A(H1N1)in children,relieve clinical symptoms,improve immune function,and has high safety.关键词
