Effect of Thunder-fire Moxibustion,External Application of Mirabilite Combined with Infrared Physiotherapy on Perineal Wound Healing in Puerpera with Forceps Assisted Delivery

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion,external application of Mirabilite combined with infrared physiotherapy on perineal wound healing in puerpera with forceps assisted delivery.Method:From January 2022 to January 2023,60 parturients with perineal wounds caused by forceps assisted delivery who admitted to Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Nanxishan Hospital were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,the observation group was given thunder-fire moxibustion,external application combined with infrared physiotherapy intervention,the perineal wound edema,hematoma,pain regression time and perineal wound healing time,perineal wound healing grade,serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),substance P(SP),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)levels,quality of sexual life and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The perineal wound edema,hematoma,pain regression time and perineal wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the grade A healing rate of perineal wound was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in serum VEGF,SP and 5-HT levels between two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the levels of serum VEGF in two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of serum 5-HT and SP in two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of sexual life and puerpera total satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of thunder-fire moxibustion,external application of Mirabilite combined with infrared physiotherapy in puerpera with forceps assisted delivery is more significant,and it can shorten the healing time of perineal wound,relieve pain,so as to improve the quality of sexual life and satisfaction of parturient women.关键词
