长叶轮钟草根腐病病原菌分离鉴定及生物学特性研究
Study on Isolation,Identification and Biological Characteristics of Root Rot Pathogen from Campanumoea lancifolia

Abstract
Objective:To isolate and identify the pathogenic pathogen of root rot disease from Campanumoea lancifolia,to study its biological characteristics.Methods:The PDA medium was used to isolate and purify pathogenic pathogen in the root system of the Campanumoea lancifolia with root rot,and the morphological and molecular biology identification and pathogenicity determination were carried out.The growth curve,spore output,fusaric acid yield of the two strains were determined.Results:Two pathogenic fungi were iso-lated and identified from the diseased root system of Campanumoea lancifolia.Both strains were able to cause root lesions,brown and dry,and the pathogenicity of ClF02 was stronger than ClF01.The strains ClF01 and ClF02 were identified by morphology and molecular biology as Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium redolens,respectively.The appearance,mycelia,spores and other morphological character-istics of the two kinds of bacteria were different and easy to distinguish.Under the same culture conditions,there was no significant difference in the growth rate and spore output between Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium redolens,while fusaric acid yield of Fusarium oxysporum was 2.55 times than of Fusarium redolens.Conclusion:The two pathogens isolated in this study are Fusarium oxysporum and Fusarium redolens,respectively,both of which are pathogenic to the root rot of Campanumoea lancifolia.The biological characteristics of these two strains are understood,which lay a theoretical foundation for prevention and control of Campanumoea lancifolia root rot.关键词
