氮、磷、钾配施对恩施地区粉葛产量与质量的影响及肥料效应
Effects of Combined Application of Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium on Yield and Quality of Pueraria thomsonii in Enshi area and Fertilizer Effect

Abstract
Objective:To optimize the application scheme of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer,so as to provide theoreti-cal basis for improving the quality and efficiency of Pueraria thomsonii and reducing fertilizer application in Enshi area.Methods:Using the experimental design of"3414"soil fertilizer formula,the effect mathematical model of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer and yield,active component content of Pueraria thomsonii was established.The main effect,single factor effect and interaction effect of fertilizer effect were analyzed,and the optimal fertilization scheme was screened.Results:The contribution rate analysis showed that the contribution rate of nitrogen fertilizer to the yield and daidzin biosynthesis was the largest,the contribution rate of potassium fertilizer to the synthesis of starch,puerarin and daidzein was the largest.Single factor analysis showed that phosphorus and potassium had signifi-cant effects on the yield of Pueraria thomsonii,nitrogen and phosphorus had significant effects on the contents of starch,puerarin and daidzin,and the application of low amounts of nitrogen had a significant effect on the synthesis of daidzein.Interaction effect analysis showed that the synergistic effects of different concentrations of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer significantly increased the yield and starch,puerarin,daidzin,daidzein contents of Pueraria thomsonii.The optimal application range of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer in Enshi area was 26.00 to 39.75 g/m2,29.50 to 33.75 g/m2,27.25 to 35.75 g/m2,respectively.The yield was e-qual or greater than 0.75 kg per plant,and the contents of starch,puerarin,daidzin,daidzein were equal or greater than 311.54,4.01,0.97 and 0.34 mg/g,respectively.Conclusion:The optimal application of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer significantly in-crease the yield and active ingredient contents of Pueraria thomsonii in Enshi area,and have obvious economic benefits.关键词
