三种药用甘草产种特性及适宜采种期研究
Study on Seed Characteristics of Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Glycyrrhiza inflata,Glycyrrhiza glabra and Suitable Period for Seed Harvesting

Abstract
Objective:To analyze and compare the seed yield,quality and suitable harvest time of three kinds of cultivated medici-nal Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Glycyrrhiza inflata,Glycyrrhiza glabra.Methods:The yield and quality indexes such as ear number,pod num-ber,seed quantity,germination rate,germinative force and water content of three kinds of cultivated medicinal Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Gly-cyrrhiza inflata,Glycyrrhiza glabra seeds in Jiuquan,Gansu province were determined.The main factors affecting seed yield characteris-tics were comprehensively evaluated by combining variance analysis and grey correlation analysis,and the appropriate harvest dates were determined.Results:Among the medicinal Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Glycyrrhiza inflata,Glycyrrhiza glabra seeds,the yield of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds was the highest,with the average yield of 35.24 g,followed by that of Glycyrrhiza glabra seeds,with the yield of 33.69 g,and the yield of Glycyrrhiza inflata seeds was the lowest.There were significant differences in the quality indexes during seed develop-ment(P<0.05).Grey relational analysis showed that ear number,pod number,germination rate and germinative force were the most im-portant factors affecting the yield and quality of Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Glycyrrhiza inflata,Glycyrrhiza glabra seeds.Comprehensive analy-sis suggested that the harvest of Glycyrrhiza uralensis seeds should be from late July to mid-August,the harvest of Glycyrrhiza glabra seeds should be from early August to the end of August,and the harvest of Glycyrrhiza inflata seeds should be from late August to early September.Conclusion:Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Glycyrrhiza inflata,Glycyrrhiza glabra have different seed yield characteristics and suitable seed harvest time,so the high quality seeds with high yield,high quality,neat uniformity and good maturity should be harvested accord-ing to their seed yield characteristics and suitable seed harvest time.关键词
