针灸联合八段锦对冠心病心力衰竭患者运动康复及生活质量的影响
Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Baduanjin on Exercise Rehabilitation and Quality of Life in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture combined with Baduanjin on exercise rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease[referred to as coronary heart disease(CHD)]and heart failure.Method:From October 2020 to March 2022,60 CHD heart failure patients in the Department of Cardiology of the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group and conventional group,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine treatment,and the treatment group received acupuncture combined with Baduanjin.The exercise rehabilitation,quality of life,anxiety,cardiac function,and clinical efficacy between the two groups were compared.Result:At 4 weeks of treatment,the total exercise time and maximum metabolic equivalent in the treatment group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ)scores of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores were lower than those before treatment,the MLHFQ scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the HAMA scores were lower than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 4 weeks of treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and peak late diastolic blood flow(peak A,A)/peak early diastolic blood flow(peak E,E)of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the left ventricular end systolic volume(LVESV)was lower than that before treatment,the LVEF and E/A of the treatment group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the LVESV was lower than that of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Baduanjin in the treatment of CHD with heart failure can improve the patients'exercise capacity,improve the quality of life,cardiac function and clinical efficacy,and improve anxiety.关键词
