Abstract
Limb spasm after stroke is one of the most important sequelae plaguing stroke patients.At present,there are many measures to treat limb spasm after stroke,including modern rehabilitation training,instrument correction,physical therapy and western medicine therapy.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history and rich experience in the treatment of stroke.Different schools of traditional Chinese medicine treat syndrome differentiation from different angles,adopt different treatment methods,and have achieved good results in clinical practice.Acupuncture treatment is the most widely used and the most effective treatment means.However,each theory and treatment method has its shortcomings,so in the future clinical treatment should pay attention to learn from each other,combined application of a variety of treatment methods,especially to learn from modern rehabilitation medicine concepts and treatment methods,with the times,in order to achieve the best treatment effect,better service for patients.关键词
