云南省会泽县野生川续断资源分布特征及蕴藏量
Distribution Characteristics and Reserves of Wild Dipsacus asper Resources in Huize County,Yunnan Province

Abstract
Objective:To comprehensive survey the wild Dipsacus asper resources in Huize county,Yunnan province,to study the distribution characteristics and reserves,so as to provide guidance for the protection and sustainable development and utilization of wild germplasm resources of Dipsacus asper.Methods:According to the technical plan of the fourth national survey of Chinese medicine re-sources,the distribution of wild Dipsacus asper resources in Huize county was investigated,the characteristics of Dipsacus asper commu-nity were analyzed,and its reserves were calculated.Results:In Huize county,five of the seven representative areas,including tussock,meadow,Yunnan pinery,Huashan pinery and Rhododendron thicket,had distribution of wild Dipsacus asper population,and 14 Dipsacus asper appeared in the sample plots,accounting for 26.4%of the total sample plots.The suitable area of wild Dipsacus asper resources in Huize county was about 72.24 km2,and the total amount of reserves was 37.8×103 kg.Conclusion:In Huize county,the reserves of wild Dipsacus asper resources are low,so the protection of wild Dipsacus asper resources should be strengthened.It is suggested to carry out wild tending or develop artificial cultivation in the grassland and meadow areas.关键词
