续断盐炙前后指纹图谱及成分含量差异研究
Study on Fingerprint and Component Content Differences of Dipsaci Radix Before and After Salt Frying

Abstract
Objective:To establish the fingerprint of Dipsaci Radix before and after salt frying,to simultaneously determine the con-tent of 6 components and comprehensively evaluate the quality of Dipsaci Radix before and after salt frying combined with chemomet-rics.Methods:HPLC method was used to establish the fingerprints of Dipsaci Radix and salt-processed Dipsaci Radix.The common peaks were identified by reference materials and the contents were determined.The fingerprint data before and after salt processing was analyzed by principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA).Results:Twen-ty-six and twenty-seven common peaks were identified by the fingerprints of Dipsaci Radix and salt-processed Dipsaci Radix,the simi-larity was 0.988~1.000,0.987~1.000,respectively.Six of the peaks were identified,which were loganic acid,chlorogenic acid,loga-in,isochlorogenic acid A,isochlorogenic acid C,asperosaponin Ⅵ.Nine different components were screened by PCA and OPLS-DA be-fore and after salt frying.The linear relationships of the six identified components were good within the concentration ranges.The average recoveries was 96.64%to 100.74%,RSD was 1.04%to 2.01%.The results of content determination showed that the contents of above six components in Dipsaci Radix and salt-processed Dipsaci Radix were 1.65%to 2.39%,0.70%to 0.89%,0.88%to 1.10%,0.93%to 1.16%,0.37%to 0.46%,4.30%to 6.39%and 2.06%to 2.45%,0.66%to 0.85%,0.99%to 1.23%,0.77%to 1.11%,0.37%to 0.53%,3.80%to 5.36%,respectively.Conclusion:This study established the fingerprint and content determination method of 6 components before and after Dipsaci Radix salt processing can provide reference for processing and quality control of Dipsaci Radix.关键词
