Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer via extraperitoneal approach.Method:A total of 78 patients with prostate cancer admitted to Wuxi Second People's Hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the ratio of 1︰1,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer via peritoneal approach,and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer via extraperitoneal approach.The perioperative indexes,urinary control rate,erect function before and 1 week after surgery and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operative time,urinary catheter retention time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss volume was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The urinary control rate in the observation group was 87.18%,which was higher than 64.10%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after surgery,the international index erectile function rating scale(IIEF-5)score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.56%,which was significantly lower than 17.59%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer via extraperitoneal approach has obvious advantages in the treatment of prostate cancer,which can effectively improve perioperative indexes,urinary control rate and erectile function,and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
