白术内生真菌米根霉的次生代谢产物
Study on Secondary Metabolites of the Endophytic Fungus Rhizopus oryzae from Atractylodes macrocephala

Abstract
Objective:To study the secondary metabolites of Rhizopus oryzae,an endophytic fungus from Atractylodes macrocephala.Methods:The Rhizopus oryzae was fermented in rice peptone medium.The secondary metabolites of Rhizopus oryzae were studied by col-umn chromatography and HPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods.Results:26 compounds were isolated from the secondary metabolites and identified as ergosterol(1),(-)-β-sitosterol(2),3β-O-acetyl-ergosterol(3),3-acetate-er-gosterol-5,8-endoperoxide(4),(22E,24R)-ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one(5),ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one(6),24-methenecycloartenol(7),(3β,5α,22E)ergosta-6,8(14),22-triene-3,5-diol(8),3β,5α-dihydroxy(22E,24R)-ergosta-7,22-dien-6-one(9),chaxine C(10),demethylincisterol A3(11),pyrrole-2-carboxylic acid(12),indazole(13),nicotinic acid(14),6-[(1R)-1-hy-droxy-1-methylpropyl]-3-(2-methylpropyl)-2(1H)-pyrazinone(15),pentadecanamide(16),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(17),methyl(4-hydroxyphenyl)acetate(18),trans-ferulic acid(19),4-hydroxybenzaldehyde(20),hydroxyphenylacetic acid(21),ubiquinone Q9(22),2,3-butanediol(23),9,9-dimethylhexacosane(24),stearic acid(25),methyl(5Z,9Z,17R)-17-methyl-5,9-nonadecadienoate(26),re-spectively.Conclusion:All compounds are isolated from Rhizopus oryzae for the first time.关键词
