地蚕的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents of Stachys geobombycis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Stachys geobombycis.Methods:The compounds of Stachys geobombycis were isolated and purified by silica gel,MCI,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography methods.The structures of the compounds were identified by spectroscopic data.Results:Ten compounds were isolated from the roots of Stachys geobombycis and identified as glucosuringic acid(1),adenosine(2),cyclo(L-Phe-L-Thr)(3),isovanillic acid(4),8-O-methyl harpagide(5),leucoseptoside A(6),calceolarioside B(7),chrysoeriol 7-sophoroside(8),decaffeoylverbascoside(9),syringalide A-3′-α-L-rhamnopyranoside(10),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 10 are isolated from Stachys geobombycis for the first time.关键词
