镰叶西番莲的化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents of Passiflora wilsonii
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Passiflora wilsonii.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel,MCI,Sephadex LH-20,Rp-C18 and semi-prepative HPLC.The structures of the compounds were identified by modern spec-trum technology(NMR,MS).Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Passiflora wilsonii and identified as 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-benzyl alcohol(1),alatusol D(2),2,6-dimethoxy-4-hydroxyphenol-1-O-β-D-glucoside(3),isotachiosiole(4),di-O-methylcrenatin(5),4-O-β-D-glucopyranosylvanillyl alcohol(6),deidaclin(7),epivglkenin(8),6-ethyl-3-propyl-6,7-dihydro-5H-ox-epin-2-one(9),3-pentenyl-2-β-D-glucoside(10),n-nonacosane(11),n-tetracosanoic acid(12),glucose(13),respectively.Conclu-sion:All compounds are isolated from Passiflora wilsonii for the first time.关键词
