狼耙草化学成分的研究
Chemical Constituents of Bidens tripartita
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Bidens tripartita.Methods:The 95%ethanol extract of Bidens tripartita was isolated and purified by silica gel,Rp-18,Sephadex LH-20 and others,the structures were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.Results:Thirteen compounds were isolated from Bidens tripartita and identified as 2,3-dihydroxy-1-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)propan-1-one(1),3-hydroxy-1-(4′-hydroxy-3′-methoxyphenyl)propan-1-one(2),3-(4-hydroxyl-3-methoxyphenyl)propan-1,2-diol(3),7-O-ethylguaiacylglycerol(4),erythro-guaiacylglycerol(5),7-O-methoxy-syringylglycerol(6),pinoresinol(7),eugenyl-O-β-D-glucoside(8),methyl-2-O-β-glucopyranosylbenzoate(9),benzyloxy-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(10),ethyl-β-D-glucoside(11),1β,6α-dihydroxyeudesma-4(15)-ene(12),4-hydroxy-2,3-dimethyl-2-nonen-4-olide(13),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1,2,4,9 and 13 are isolated from Bidens genus for the first time,all compounds are isolated from Bidens tripartita for the first time.关键词
