针刀结合康复训练治疗肩周炎的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Acupotomy Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Shoulder Periarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupotomy combined with rehabilitation training on patients with shoulder periarthritis.Method:A total of 60 patients with shoulder periarthritis treated in Zhongshan City People's Hospital from May 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with electroacupuncture and the treatment group was treated with acupotomy.Both groups received rehabilitation training.The effective rate,pain score,function score and range of motion of shoulder joint before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 96.67%,which was higher than 76.67%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS scores in both groups were lower than that before treatment,and observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Constant-Murley shoulder joint score(CMS)and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,CMS scores and JOA scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and which in the observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in shoulder joint motion between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the activity angles of shoulder flexion,internal rotation,abduction and external rotation in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the angles in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of acupotomy combined with rehabilitation training in patients with shoulder periarthritis is remarkable,which can reduce shoulder joint pain and improve shoulder joint function and motion significantly.关键词
