温针灸联合关节镜微创手术治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究
Clinical Effect of Warming Needle Acupuncture and Moxibustion Combined with Arthroscopic Minimally Invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Warming needle acupuncture and moxibustion combined with arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 60 patients of knee osteoarthritis who were treated in Ma'anshan People's Hospital from January to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the treatment,30 patients were defined as the treatment group who were treated by warming needle acupuncture and moxibustion combined with arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery,while 30 patients were defined as the control group who underwent arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery alone.The Lequesne effect score,Lysholm knee function score and Western Ontario and McMaster University osteoarthritis index(WOMAC)score were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Lysholm knee function score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after treatment,Lysholm knee function scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in WOMAC score between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 months and 6 months after treatment,the WOMAC scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of warming needle acupuncture and moxibustion combined with arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery on KOA is better than that of arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery alone.关键词
