Abstract
Objective:To observe the application of Zhitong Rushen Decoction in patients with post-herpetic neuralgia of lumbosacral region(spleen deficiency and dampness)and the influence on the degree of pain.Method:In this study,60 patients with post-herpetic neuralgia of lumbosacral region(spleen deficiency and dampness)who treated in the People's Hospital of Pengzhou from January 2020 to January 2023 were included as the research objects,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was given basic treatment combined with oral Zhitong Rushen Decoction.The clinical efficacy,pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.822,P=0.003).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the VAS score between two groups(P>0.05);at 3 weeks,4 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,the VAS scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and which in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the PSQI score between two groups(P>0.05);at 3 weeks,4 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment,and the PSQI scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,which in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups were treated smoothly throughout the study,and no adverse reactions such as allergies and skin infections occurred during the treatment.Conclusion:Patients with post-herpetic neuralgia of lumbosacral region(spleen deficiency and dampness)treated with Zhitong Rushen Decoction on the basis of basic treatment,which had good analgesic effect,high safety and obvious effect on improving sleep quality.关键词
