甘精胰岛素联合消渴健脾汤治疗2型糖尿病的效果
Effect of Insulin Glargine Combined with Xiaoke Jianpi Decoction in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Insulin Glargine combined with Xiaoke Jianpi Decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Insulin Glargine Injection,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoke Jianpi Decoction on the basis of control group.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,islet function and oxidative stress index were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the scores of dry mouth polydipsia,eating too much is prone to hunger and burnout and fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,insulin secretion index(HOMA-β)and insulin sensitivity index(IAI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the level of malondialdehyde(MDA)was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoke Jianpi Decoction combined with Insulin Glargine has a remarkable effect in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients,which can not only effectively reduce their traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,but also improve their islet function and oxidative stress response.关键词
