基原为杜鹃兰的山慈菇质量控制研究
Quality Control Study of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus Based on Cremastra appendiculata

Abstract
Objective:To establish the UHPLC fingerprint of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus and determine the content of two compo-nents.Methods:CORTECS T3(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm)column was used,0.1%formic acid aqueous solution-methanol with aceto-nitrile(1∶2)solution was used as the mobile phase for gradient elution,column temperature was 40℃,flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,in-jection volume was 2 μL,detection wavelength was 260 nm.The"Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System of Tradition-al Chinese Medicines(2012 Edition)"was used for similarity evaluation,systematic cluster analysis(HCA),principal component analy-sis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)were carried out,quality difference components were screened out and contents were determined.Results:A total of 11 common peaks were marked by the fingerprints of 35 batches of Cre-mastrae Pseudobulbus,the chromatographic peaks 6 and 7 were identified by the reference substance,which were flavanthrin and bles-triarene C,respectively.The similarity between the 35 batches of samples and reference spectrum was 0.739 to 0.998.HCA and PCA divided 35 batches of samples into 5 categories,and the results of OPLS-DA showed that flavanthrinin and blestriarene C contributed the most to the differentiation of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus from different origins.The contents of above components in 35 batches of Cre-mastrae Pseudobulbus were 0.7329 to 69.4868 μg/g,2.3272 to 81.6388 μg/g,respectively.Conclusion:The fingerprint combined with chemical pattern recognition analysis and content determination method established in this study is accurate and reliable,which can comprehensively evaluate the quality of Cremastrae Pseudobulbus and provide reference for its quality control.关键词
