菝葜标准汤剂的HPLC特征图谱建立、化学计量学分析及含量测定OACSTPCD
Establishment of Specific Chromatogram and Chemometric analysis,Content Determination of Smilacis Chinae Rhizoma Standard Decoction
目的:建立菝葜标准汤剂 HPLC特征图谱及成分含量测定方法.方法:建立 16 批菝葜标准汤剂的HPLC特征图谱,并进行相似度评价、聚类分析及主成分分析,对其中 3 个成分含量进行测定,计算转移率和出膏率.结果:建立的 16 批菝葜标准汤剂HPLC特征图谱标定了 14 个共有峰,指认出 7 个成分,标准汤剂样品与对照图谱的相似度为 0.939～0.997;聚类分析和主成分分析结果基本一致,均将样品分为 3 大类.16 批菝葜标准汤剂的出膏率为 9.…查看全部>>
