猪毛菜的化学成分研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the chemical constituents of Salsola collina.Methods:The n-butanol fraction of alcohol extract from the whole herbs of Salsola collina were isolated and purified by silica gel,ODS column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 and pre-parative HPLC,the compounds were identified on the basis of spectral data and related literatures.Results:Eighteen compounds were i-solated from the whole herbs of Salsola collina and identified as vanillin(1),heliamine(2),(-)-salsolidine(3),dehydroheliamine(4),corydaldine(5),3-[p-hydroxyphenyl]-propionic acid amide(6),(E)-ferulamide(7),cinnamamide(8),3-hydroxy-4-methoxypyr-idine(9),ferulic acid(10),7R,8R-erythro-4,7,9,9'-tetrahydroxy-3,3'-dimethoxy-8-O-4'-neolignan(11),lirioresinol A(12),2,6,2',6'-tetramethoxy-4,4'-bis(2,3-epoxy-1-hydroxypropyl)biphenyl(13),rel-(2α,3β)-7-O-methylcedrusin(14),benzyl-β-D-glucopyrano-side(15),pyrocatechol-l-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(16),(+)-syringaresinol-β-D-glucoside(17),corchoionoside C(18),respectively.Conclusion:Compounds 1 to 18 are isolated from Salsola collina for the first time.关键词
