摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the water layer of ethanol extract of Incarvillea arguta.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,macroporous resin column chromatography,pre-parative HPLC,and others.The structures of isolated compounds were identified by variety spectral techniques.Results:Nineteen com-pounds were isolated from the water layer of ethanol extract of Incarvillea arguta collected in Guizhou and identified as acteoside(1),is-acteoside(2),martynoside(3),leucosceptoside A(4),cistanoside C(5),forsythiaside(6),ilicifolioside A(7),plantainoside C(8),hydrocinnamic acid(9),caffeic acid(10),rengyolone(11),rengyoside B(12),inositol(13),pubinernoid A(14),cis-2,4-dihydroxy-2-cyclohex-5-en-1-one(15),8-epideoxyloganic acid(16),plantarenaloside(17),1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl-3,7-dime-thyl-2(E)-6-heptdiene(18),1 H-indole-3-carboxaldehyde(19),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 3 to 8,10 to 15,18,19 are isolated from Incarvillea arguta for the first time.
