泽泻斜纹夜蛾防治药剂筛选及其对药材产量和品质的影响

Abstract
Objective:To screen the insecticides for prevention and control of Prodenia litura in Alisma plantago-aquatica.Meth-ods:A single factor random block design was used to carry out field control experiments of four insecticides against Prodenia litura in Alisma plantago-aquatica,and the effects of application on yield and quality of Alisma plantago-aquatica were evaluated.Results:30％Thiamethoxam SC applied once and twice had the best control effect,and had a better effect on the yield and quality of Alisma plantago-aquatica.The yield increase rate was 15.8％.The total contents of 24-acetyl-alismatol A and 23-acetyl-alismatol B with 23-acetyl-al-ismatol C were the highest,which were 0.038％and 0.159％,respectively.Conclusion:30％Thiamethoxam SC can effectively control Prodenia litura in Alisma plantago-aquatica,and is also beneficial to the high quality and high yield of Alisma plantago-aquatica,so it has good application value.关键词
