广金钱草中非黄酮类化学成分的研究
Study on Non-flavonoids of Desmodium styracifolium

Abstract
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Desmodium styracifolium.Methods:The ethanol extract of Desmodium styracifolium were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography,ODS column chromatography,preparation HPLC.The structures were identified by spectral data and physicochemical properties.Results:Twenty non-flavonoids compounds were isolated from Desmodium styracifolium and identified as(+)-dehydrovomifoliol(1),(-)-loliolide(2),β-si-tosterol(3),salicylic acid(4),(+)-isololiolide(5),6,7-dimethoxy-4-hydroxy-1-naphthoic acid(6),2,5-dimethoxy-1,4-benzenedicar-boxylic acid(7),p-hydroxyacetophenone(8),3-formylindole(9),vanillic acid(10),isovanillic acid(11),p-hydroxybenzoic acid(12),4,5-dihydroblumenol(13),β-dauosterol(14),7-oxo-stigmasta-5,25-diene-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(15),desmodilactone(16),12-hydroxyjasmonic acid(17),maltol(18),4,5-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-2,5-dihydrofuran-2-one(19),desmodimine(20),respectively.Conclu-sion:Among them,compunds 1,2,5 to 9,13,15,17,19 are isolated from Desmodium styracifolium for the first time.关键词
