Greening Vocational Education:The New Trends of Vocational Education Development in the Digital Age
摘要
Abstract
Vocational education and training is an important topic of concern to European countries.Under the influence of the COVID-19 and the digital age,the EU issued the"Osnabrii ck Declaration on Vocational Education and Training"in 2020,proposing the implementation recommendations for the development of vocational education and training in EU and members states.The declaration starts from exploring excellent,flexible,lifelong,sustainable and international vocational education,and constructs measures to promote the digital and green transformation of vocational education.Combined with the Osnabr u ck Declaration,this study analyzes the four major trends in the development of vocational education in the digital age,and puts forward suggestions for China:cultivating"digital skills+vocational skills"compound talents;creating a new ecology of"lifelong education+vocational education";developing an education model of"green skills+vocational skills";building an"international+localized"educational exchange circle.关键词
