西红花新品种'番红2号'的选育研究
Breeding Study for New Variety'Fanhong NO.2'of Crocus sativus
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To breed a new variety of Crocus sativus with excellent comprehensive characters.Methods:The 2012B se-lected from the radiation variant germplasm of Jiande native variety of Crocus sativus was used as the experimental material.Through va-riety test of line and regional,the main agronomic characters,growth period,resistance,yield and quality were comprehensively evalua-ted,and a new variety'Fanhong No.2'of Crocus sativus with excellent comprehensive characters was finally selected.Results:The aver-age corm and filament yield of'Fanhong No.2'were 7 367.93 kg/hm2 and 28.3 kg/hm2,respectively,in the regional experiment of va-riety in Zhejiang Province from 2018 to 2020,which were 14.3% and 32.1% higher than that of the control,both reaching extremely significant levels.The total amount of crocin Ⅰ and Ⅱ was 16.12% ,the content of crocin was 9.92% ,the absorbance was 0.586,the ratio of absorbance was 0.898,all in line with the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition).Conclusion:The new variety'Fanhong No.2'of Crocus sativus has the characteristics of high yielding ability,high filament yield,good quality and strong disease re-sistance,and which is scrutinized by Zhejiang Provincial Crop Variety Identification Committee in April 2022.关键词
