高质量发展视野下高职院校的现实困境与未来转向
Realistic Dilemma and Future Turning of Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of High-quality Development
摘要
Abstract
High-quality development of higher vocational colleges is an inevitable move to build the high-quality education system.High-quality development of higher vocational colleges needs to adhere to the internal logic of taking professional construction as the main line,curriculum construction as the carrier,faculty as the main body,educational research as the basis,and school-enterprise cooperation as the way.At present,the high-quality development of higher vocational colleges is faced with the real dilemma of"alienation"between specialty construction and regional industrial development,the management and reform of curriculum construction has not formed a system,the comprehensive education and teaching ability of the faculty is not high,the lack of holistic layout and overall design of educational research,and the lack of in-depth cooperation between colleges and industry and enterprises.To realize high-quality development,higher vocational colleges need to turn to"group thinking"and promote high-quality specialty construction,turn to"three-level linkage"and carry out high-quality curriculum reform,turn to"comprehensive competence"and build high-quality faculty,turn to"results-oriented"to coordinate high-quality education research and turn to"system optimization"to promote high-quality school-enterprise cooperation.关键词
