职教教师教学创新团队建设困境的现实表征、结果归因与优化路径
Realistic Representation,Result Attribution and Optimization Paths of the Dilemma in the Construction of Vocational Education Innovation Team

Abstract
The construction of innovative team is a strong starting point and an important measure for the high-quality development of"dual-qualified"teachers in vocational colleges.Through qualitative analysis,it is found that the construction dilemma of vocational education innovation team is mainly manifested in the organizational socialization dilemma at the level of team characteristics,the cooperation dilemma at the level of cooperation process,and the institutional dilemma at the level of cooperation environment.The reason is that the absence of the role of subject and object and the lack of standardized guidance,the change of the driving force of the growth of the"dual-qualified"teachers and the poor team cooperation mechanism,the new public management movement and the performance evaluation orientation are the key factors restricting the development of the vocational education innovation team.It is urgent to improve the organizational socialization of innovation team members by clarifying the organizational role of individuals;optimizing the team cooperation mechanism,fully exploiting and making good use of internal and external resources;strengthening the construction of innovation team system,and creating a distinctive team culture;promoting the high-quality development of vocational education innovation team.关键词
