"一带一路"背景下中国-东盟高等职业教育合作:表征、根源及对策
China-ASEAN Higher Vocational Education Cooperation under the Background of the Belt and Road Initiative:Representations,Root Causes and Countermeasures

Abstract
Under the context of the Belt and Road Initiative,China-ASEAN higher vocational education has made significant progress and achievements at the national,governmental and civil levels.However,there are still issues such as insufficient scale of cooperative education,and other characteristics include the fact that bilateral vocational education cooperation is still in its infancy,the internationalization level of higher vocational education cooperation is low,and the quality assurance system urgently needs improvement.The root causes of these problems are mainly differences in economic development levels,education systems and policies,as well as the incomplete quality assurance system for cooperative education.In response,it is necessary to establish a four-level education funding support system and introduce diverse educational capital;enhance educational mutual trust,and strengthen cultural propaganda and construction;promote the construction of a China-ASEAN higher vocational education community,and establish a bilateral quality assurance mechanism are recommended.关键词
