Abstract
The proposal of China's major"dual carbon"strategic goals is accompanied by breakthroughs in the application of Industry 4.0,promoting the intelligent and green transformation and development of the steel industry.The development trend of green intelligent metallurgy poses higher requirements for the dynamic information acquisition of continuous steel casting process billets and equipment.The development of fiber-optic distributed temperature measurement technology enables the acquisition of high spatial resolution information at high measurement frequencies under extreme environmental conditions such as high temperatures,electromagnetic disturbances,and viscoelasticity.This article summarizes the principles and classifications of fiber optic temperature measurement technology,the domestic and international applications of fiber optic temperature measurement technology in the metallurgical industry,and the research progress of fiber optic distributed temperature measurement technology in the continuous casting industry.The article summarizes the development direction of fiber optic distributed temperature measurement technology in the continuous casting industry,which provides benefits and assistance for digital information acquisition,and promote the rapid development of digital perception information acquisition for continuous casting crystallizers.关键词
