颞三针联合重复经颅磁刺激治疗卒中后失语的疗效
The Therapeutic Effect of Temporal Triple Acupuncture Combined with Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation in Treatment of Post-Stroke Aphasia

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of temporal triple acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in treatment of post-stroke aphasia.Methods:Sixty patients with post stroke aphasia admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into experimental group(n=30)and a control group(n= 30).The control group was only given Schuell stimulation method,while experimental group was given Schuell stimulation method and temporal triple acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation.WAB scores,MMSE scores and CADL scores were assessed after 4 courses of treatment.Results:After 4 courses of treatment,the improvement of WAB,MMSE,and CADL scores in experimental group were signifi-cantly better than those in control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The combination of temporal triple acupuncture and repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation can greatly improve the language ability of patients with aphasia after stroke,and its therapeutic effect is better than the simple Schuell stimulation method.关键词
