Study on The Mechanism of Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on the Theory of"Inflammation and Cancer Transformation"
摘要
Abstract
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a chronic gastric disease characterized by the reduction and atrophy of the inherent glands of the gas-tric mucosa.However,long-term non-controllable inflammation makes the gastric mucosa in a state of high inflammatory response for a long time,which can induce the occurrence of gastric malignant tumors.This process is called the"inflammatory cancer transformation"of the stomach.At present,the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CAG is certain,which can effectively delay or even reverse the"in-flammatory cancer transformation".But the mechanism is more complex,so this article elaborates on the research progress of the mechanism of ac-tion of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of CAG to provide evidence support and new treatment ideas for the treatment of CAG,the inter-vention of"inflammatory cancer transformation",and the reversal of precancerous lesions by traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
