Professor CAI Shengchao's Clinical Experience in The Treatment of Hypoovarian Reserve Function with Combination of Acpuncture and Medicine

Abstract
Hypoovarian reserve function(DOR)is one of the difficult and complicated gynecological diseases.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in the treatment of this disease.According to clinical practice for many years,Professor CAI Shengchao believes that the disease location of hypoovarian reserve function(DOR)is mainly in the kidney,and its basic pathogenesis is kidney deficiency and blood stasis.The treat-ment should mainly be kidney tonifying,supplemented by blood stasis and flexible drug use.And put forward the characteristic therapy of acupunc-ture and moxibustion"treatment by stages",according to the characteristics of the changes of qi,blood and Yin and Yang of female menstrual cycle,distinguish the stage and select the points,the clinical effect is remarkable.This paper summarized the experience of CAI Lao in the treatment of hy-poovarian reserve function,and provided reference for the future clinical treatment of this disease.关键词
