基于"形神一体"理论针刺治疗中风后痉挛性偏瘫的体会
Experience in Treating Spastic Hemiplegia after Apoplexy with Acupuncture Based on Concept of"Integtation of Form And Spirit"

Abstract
Spastic hemiplegia is a common sequela after stroke,and its etiology and pathogenesis are that toxic pathogens damage the essence and spirit and damage the body.It belongs to the disease of"form and spirit co-morbidity",which requires the coordination of"form"and"spirit"treat-ments.My teacher,Professor Liu Minghui,summarized the prescription of acupuncture for spastic hemiplegia after stroke under the guidance of the concept of"integration of form and spirit":receiving acupuncture at Jiaji(bilateral 1,3,5,7,9,11,13,15,17 and 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16;each alter-nately every other day)and scalp acupuncture(middle 5/2 of the parietal and temporal anterior oblique line,middle 2/5 of the parietal and temporal posterior oblique line,and 2 of the parietal side in ipsilateral to the lesion)to regulate the"spirit";receiving small acupotomy at the antagonistic muscle and muscle nodes of the affected limb to regulate the"form",and the treatment has achieved good curative effect.This article summarizes Professor Liu Minghui's clinical experience in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke.关键词
