基于肖特基二极管的紧凑高效型大功率整流电路
A high-power rectifier circuit with compact and high-efficiency based on Schottky diode

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low power capacity,low efficiency and large size of microwave rectifier cir-cuit,a high-power microwave rectifier circuit with compact structure,high-efficiency and frequency of 2.45 GHz is pro-posed in this paper.Four Schottky diode bridges are used to design two microwave rectifier circuits,which have symmetri-cal structure and share one matching network and harmonic suppression network,so that the input power capacity can be increased without decreasing the rectifier efficiency.The application of the λg/8 terminal short-circuit microstrip line in parallel between the diode and the ground and the addition of fan open branch in the radio frequency division make the second and third harmonic suppression of rectifier diode,avoid the design of input low-pass filter,and achieve the im-provement of miniaturization and rectification efficiency.The real object is made under ADS software simulation and opti-mization.The measured results show that the input power is 38 dBm and the rectification efficiency from microwave to DC reaches over 70%,which size of the circuit is 45 mm ×58 mm.Compared with other high-power rectifier circuits,the de-sign method of the circuit is simple,small circuit size,large power capacity and high-efficiency,which is more suitable for high power and high voltage power supply system.关键词
